Bettina is a graduate of the College of Education’s Human Resource Development graduate program at Florida International University. A military brat with a desire to please, Bettina has cultivated a background in hospitality, education and health insurance programs, Bettina is no stranger to challenging projects or tasks. She continues to work in government health programs generating new policies and training programs. Bettina’s specialties include customer service, insurance programs and training methodologies.

Savneet Singh

Content Strategist

Savneet Singh has Master’s degrees in Education and Technology and works with tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Lectora , HTML, CSS, various Learning Management Systems, MS office, and collaboration tools such as Webex, GoTo meetings and Google hangouts.  She uses various video and audio development and editing tools to conceptualize design for different projects, including instructional design, eLearning development, gamification, and training methodologies.
